- prepare tests for electrical and mechanical subsystems in an AIT environment
- set up test equipment, tools, and test configurations
- perform hands‑on testing and monitor complex hardware during test campaigns
- develop and update test procedures and validation steps
- analyse test results and make assessments on deviations, supporting root‑cause investigations
- document all test activities in line with project and quality standards
- collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and system engineering colleagues
YOU…
- have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
- have initial practical experience in testing (e.g., test execution, test setups, early-stage procedures or validation)
- have experience in AIT
- have a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented testing mindset
- are comfortable working both hands-on and digitally (documentation, procedure writing)
- are neither purely manufacturing-focused nor purely software-focused — you enjoy combining hardware proximity with systematic testing
- have strong communication skills in English, German is a plus and a collaborative approach
