- Responsible for driving commercial growth across the retail, parking, and fuel station sectors within the DACH region.
- Position vaylens backend solutions as a key platform for shopping centers, parking facility operators, and fuel station networks to efficiently manage and scale EV charging infrastructure.
- Identify new market opportunities by analyzing trends, customer behavior, and technology adoption in the target segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders – including decision-makers in retail groups, real estate companies, parking operators, and fuel station brands or oil companies.
- Ensure long-term customer retention through structured account planning, proactive success management, and timely issue resolution.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage the sales pipeline, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Finance to deliver maximum value to partners in the retail, parking, and fueling sectors.
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in e-mobility, retail, parking, or fuel infrastructure.
- Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and large enterprise accounts – preferably in the above sectors.
- A structured, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership and a "get-things-done" attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and a data-driven approach to managing sales activities.
- Based in Germany, with native-level German and fluent English skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a deep customer focus and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
