Expert Customer Success Manager – Retail Media (all genders)

  • Act as a strategic consultant for our key fashion brand partners by translating campaign and performance data into actionable recommendations and long-term growth strategies
  • Serve as the go-to expert for our Retail Media platform, advising on topics such as attribution models, algorithms, KPIs, APIs, data exports, and new product features
  • Enable our Account Management teams through trainings, best practices, and ongoing knowledge sharing while supporting complex client workshops, performance reviews, and strategic business discussions
  • Create compelling presentations, business cases, and strategic narratives for annual business reviews, product launches, and executive-level customer meetings
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to define product requirements in close collaboration with our Commercial Development team and help shape the future of our Retail Media offering
  • Drive the adoption of new products and features across our partner portfolio by ensuring a seamless rollout and effective customer enablement
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Retail Media, E-Commerce, Performance Marketing, Platform Consulting, or Account Management, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for data and the ability to translate performance metrics into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with experience explaining complex platform concepts to a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for enabling teams and building long-term customer relationships
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and Meta
  • Fluent in English and German
