You will lead international teams, drive innovation in testing technologies, and establish world-class verification capabilities that directly influence product performance, quality, and business success. ## Aufgaben * Lead and develop international verification and validation teams across multiple engineering disciplines and global locations * Define and execute a long-term strategy for testing, validation, digitalization, and laboratory excellence * Drive the adoption of advanced testing technologies, automation, data-driven decision making, and digital engineering solutions * Establish global standards, best practices, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and operational excellence * Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Customer-facing teams to support innovation and product development * Ensure robust validation frameworks for new technologies, product releases, supplier qualifications, and customer-specific requirements * Build a high-performance organization through coaching, talent development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives ## Qualifikation * Degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline * Proven leadership experience within an international engineering, R&D, testing, or validation environment * Strong understanding of verification methodologies, testing strategies, and engineering processes * Experience driving organizational change, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives * Knowledge of data analytics, automation, programming, or modern engineering software tools is highly desirable * Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and hands-on leadership * Fluent in English and German * Willingness to travel internationally
