Intro

We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager Platform Partnerships to support the day-to-day management and development of our platform partner relationships. This is an entry-level role with a strong operational and coordination focus, ideal for someone looking to build a career in partnerships, account management, or ad tech. You’ll support the team with execution, reporting, partner communication, and internal coordination, while gradually developing ownership and responsibility over time.

About the team

You’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional team working closely with Product, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Engineering. The Platform Partnerships team plays a key role in scaling Adsquare’s product distribution globally through integrations with leading platforms. As a junior team member, you’ll gain exposure to how partnerships are built, managed, and scaled in a fast-growing environment.

Your Mission

As a Junior Account Manager for Platform Partnerships at Adsquare, your primary mission is to support the smooth operation and delivery of existing partnerships. You’ll assist with partner communications, help keep projects on track, maintain documentation, and support internal processes that enable successful integrations and ongoing collaboration.

Your Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in account management, operations, partnerships, or a related role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to support multiple projects and timelines

  • Clear and professional English communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable interacting with internal teams and external partners

  • Confidence working with spreadsheets, documents, and tracking tools to support reporting and processes

  • A proactive, reliable team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and is willing to learn

  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while thriving in a fast-paced environment

  • Interest in digital advertising, technology, or partnerships (prior experience not required)


What you will do

  • Support the day-to-day management of platform partner accounts and ongoing relationships

  • Prepare reports and support quarterly business reviews with partners

  • Assist with the development and execution of Adsquare’s partner roadmap

  • Coordinate partner communications, follow-ups, and meeting preparation

  • Help manage internal coordination across Product, Operations, Legal, and Engineering

  • Maintain tracking documents, timelines, and partner documentation

  • Support reporting, data collection, and operational processes, including identifying areas for improvement
