In this role, you support the end-to-end S&OP process for defined brands and regions. You help analyze sales figures, spot trends early, and ensure our products are in the right place at the right time - globally.

* Help identify the root causes behind trends, bottlenecks, and overstocks, and contribute to the right corrective actions
* Help build processes that don't just look good on paper but actually work in day-to-day operations, across the full product lifecycle
* Support allocation decisions during supply shortages, assist with clear communication to country teams, and help maximize impact with limited resources
* Support the operational execution of stock allocations and reservations in order management - precisely and efficiently
## What you bring

* Analytical and commercial thinking, paired with a strong drive for quality results - looking beyond your own area of responsibility comes naturally to you
* A hands-on mentality, strong sense of ownership, and creativity
* A team player with strong communication and persuasion skills to manage diverse stakeholders
* Solid command of MS Office, especially Excel (VBA skills a plus)
* Familiarity with planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan and Power BI is a plus
* Fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus
