What you'll do...

  • Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules & tests and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
  • Oversee maintenance operations and champion initiatives that promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.
  • Supervise and train workers.
  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities. cleaning and oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
  • Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance work.
  • Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
  • Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
  • Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time
  • Fault repair, maintenance of equipment, plumbing, furniture and lighting.
  • Perform general tasks such as connecting equipment, lighting, installing locks and hinges etc.
  • Accurate control of the work and your own workspace and equipment.
  • Prepare order and stock takes.
  • Cover Maintenance Technicians shifts as required.

What we’re looking for…

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field (Electrical, Plumbing, Building Services, or a related trade)
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Electrician, or in a similar role
  • Fluent in both German and English (any additional language is a plus)
  • Solid technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including varying working hours
  • Skilled in carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
  • A team player who is equally comfortable working independently
