Your tasks

This strategic, high-impact role connects external market trends with internal performance data to provide clear, actionable answers. You will work in a small, agile team, collaborating across regions and functions, while broadening your own expertise.

  • You lead research and insights by analysing market, competitor, and performance data and you extract clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

  • You turn insights into action by ensuring strategies and recommendations align with real market conditions and business priorities.

  • You conduct both primary and secondary research, combining qualitative and quantitative data to build a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics.

  • You build robust market models, you size markets using validated methodologies, and you forecast trends that guide long‑term planning.

  • You create clear, compelling reports and dashboards — and you present your findings confidently across teams, functions, and regions.

  • You leverage AI, automation, and dashboard technologies to enhance intelligence processes — and you manage sensitive data with precision and responsibility.

Your profile

  • You bring solid experience in Operational Market Intelligence, including hands‑on work with unstructured datasets, market signals, and business KPIs.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields (Master’s preferred) or you bring equivalent practical experience.

  • You have proven expertise in primary and secondary research, such as interviews, customer surveys, desk research, competitor analysis, and market scanning.

  • You know how to build market models, size markets, validate assumptions, and synthesize complex data into actionable outputs.

  • You have strong analytical skills and you turn large, complex datasets into meaningful insights and recommendations.

  • You work confidently with Power BI, research tools, and AI/automation solutions.

  • You have full business proficiency in English.
