We are a strong team with a common goal and keep the course and sails taut even in strong winds. ## Tasks **Your responsibilities on deck:** * You are responsible for the development and operational roll-out of our marketing strategy in Norway (B2C & B2B) and adapt global concepts to local cultural nuances. * You independently manage our Norwegian channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), create monthly editorial plans, and produce engaging content. * You identify suitable Norwegian influencers, manage collaborations, and represent our brand with confidence at local events and networking opportunities. * You implement marketing initiatives such as mailings and independently design consulting materials and graphics (e.g., using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite). * As part of an expanding team, you look at the bigger picture and provide proactive support whenever there is a bottleneck in logistics, customer service, or other areas. ## Requirements **What we expect from you:** * 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing, along with a degree (Marketing, Communications, Business) or a comparable qualification. * You are a Norwegian native speaker (or have lived in Norway for a long time) and are fluent in German or English.
