Packaging Designer / Artworker (Fixed-term, 1 year) (m/f/d)

## Your tasks At **KoRo**, we’re looking for a hands-on **Packaging Designer / Artworker (m/f/d)** to join our creative team for a **1-year fixed-term contract**. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of design – from developing packaging concepts to ensuring flawless print execution. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in bringing our products to life visually. If you have a strong eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, we would love to hear from you! ## Your Responsibilities * Bring our products to life by creating new packaging designs and adapting existing ones within our design system * Retouch product photography and prepare clean, print-ready files (incl. Flexo printing) * Create high-quality digital packshots for use across our channels * Identify and solve printing or production issues together with internal and external partners * Ensure consistency and high quality across all packaging assets ## Your profile * You have at least 3+ year of experience in packaging design or a similar role. * You’re confident working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and have strong skills in retouching and artwork production (experience with AI workflows is a plus). * You understand printing techniques and how to achieve the best results for raster and vector graphics in challenging cases like Flexo. * You have a strong eye for layout, detail, and visual consistency. * Your personal design workflow is advanced and efficient.
