Project Engineer – Healthcare Data Modelling

  • Work directly with clients to identify and document specific project requirements
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to understand and define the client's needs and objectives
  • Define protocols for data collection, including developing and implementing efficient methods and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and interoperability requirements
  • Design complete FHIR-based data pipelines, including creation and customization of questionnaires
  • Develop concepts for integrating questionnaires and data models into existing client IT infrastructures
  • Apply healthcare terminologies (FHIR, DICOM, SNOMED, LOINC) to ensure interoperability and standardization of healthcare data (training and familiarization can be provided if required)
  • Completed training in the medical field, health/medical informatics, digital health, computer science, data science or comparable qualification (University degree is not necessarily required) 
  • Skills and knowledge in the area of data engineering, data analytics or software engineering, with special emphasis on healthcare terminologies are a plus 
  • Ability to translate complex contexts and solutions into clear and concise visions and strategies 
  • Analytical mindset and creativity to develop reliable solutions
  • A well-organized, efficient and clearly structured work style 
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English and German 
  • Knowledge in product & requirements management
