Retail Media & Commercial Controlling Manager (all genders)

• Manage and grow existing client relationships while acquiring new partners in the Retail Media business
• Advise clients on Retail Media solutions and plan, present, and execute marketing campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content
• Plan, coordinate, and manage campaigns in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and identify optimization opportunities
• Take ownership of internal controlling topics, including revenue reporting, performance analysis, and monthly billing processes
• Support the continuous improvement and automation of internal controlling processes

• Degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management, CRM, Sales, Project Management, or Commercial Controlling, ideally within an e-commerce environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Hands-on, solution-oriented approach and a proactive way of working
