Responsibility for management of the realization of customer requirements in Global Delivery engagements.
You bring your extensive knowledge to our customer projects. (introduction, expansion, upgrade, rollout, etc.).
Management in all project phases from conception, design, customizing, prototyping to roll out as well as 2nd and 3rd level support.
Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and reference ability for S/4HANA or ECC customers.
Define methodology, tools and processes allowing a successful customer adoption.
Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders (LOB and IT).
Identify cross and upsell opportunities within existing customer engagements in line with the innovation strategy of the customer.
This position requires business knowledge, direct interaction with clients and may include team management for both onsite and offshore resources.
Ensure in time & quality delivery for the project/program, revenue consumption and profitability management.

Degree in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications.
High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen.
Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting. facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.
C-level communication skills / senior stakeholder management.
Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
Certification in SAP Solutions / Areas is a plus.
Project Management experience with large and medium sized Enterprises.
10+ years of SAP professional experience and demonstrated knowledge / expertise.
This role may require up to 100% travel.
Fluency in German and business proficiency in English required.
