(Senior) Buyer Womenswear - Private Label (all genders)
The position is a fixed-term (ca. 12 months) role to cover parental leave.
Plan and develop seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy
Drive the end-to-end product development process, from initial concept and design to final delivery
Oversee buying, production, and quality control processes in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
Lead negotiations with international suppliers on pricing, product specifications, quality standards, lead times, and delivery terms
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify new product opportunities
Analyze product performance, KPIs, and sales data to optimize assortment and drive continuous growth
Manage timelines and critical paths to guarantee on-time product launches
Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field
Minimum of 6+ years experience in private label buying, preferably within menswear
Strong background in fast fashion, young fashion, or commercially driven fashion brands
In-depth knowledge of fabrics, materials, sourcing, production processes, and lead times
Strong commercial awareness with a keen eye for trends, pricing strategies, and market positioning
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a hands-on mindset
Fluent in English
