(Senior) CRO & Growth Manager (m/f/d)
THIS IS THE JOB
We are looking for a (Senior) CRO & Growth Manager (m/f/d) who owns the strategic and operational optimization of the entire conversion funnel and systematically improve our landing pages to drive measurable growth.
Your main tasks will be:
Ownership of the full performance messaging architecture: You develop performance-driven messaging frameworks tailored to audience segments, funnel stages and campaign objectives; translate insights into conversion-oriented storytelling based on sales psychology and guarantee consistent messaging across ads, landing pages and the full customer journey
Conceptualize and create high-performing creatives: You develop and script high-converting ad creatives, with a strong focus on UGC video formats; craft compelling hooks, clear value propositions, objection-handling sequences and strong calls to action; create copy for static, motion and paid social assets across channels; guide designers, editors and UGC creators to ensure conversion-focused execution; leverage AI tools to scale creative output and accelerate structured testing
Lead landing page and funnel optimization: Develop, optimize and continuously refine high-converting landing and sales / offer pages aligned with funnel stage and campaign goals; conversion rate optimization across the entire funnel; use A/B testing and behavioral analytics to systematically improve performance
Data-driven iteration and growth: Analyze creative and funnel KPIs (e.g. CTR, SSR, CPM, CVR, CAC and NC ROAS); translate performance data into structured hypotheses and testing roadmaps; design and execute experiments with clear frameworks and measurable outcomes; continuously refine messaging, creatives and landing pages based on insights
Collaborate across teams to scale impact: work closely with performance marketing, design, creative and growth teams; align on campaign goals, testing priorities and asset roadmaps; bridge strategy and execution to maximize end-to-end conversion efficiency
