As a Senior Full Stack Developer (m/w/d), you will have true end-to-end ownership of our product features. You won't just be closing tickets; you will collaborate with product teams to design, build, scale, and maintain high-impact solutions for our FinTech platform.

This is your mission

Design, build, deploy, and maintain new product features from start to finish incl. both backend and frontend
- Involvement in the entire process, from conception and research to 3rd level support and maintenance
- Implementation of complex requirements in user stories
- Assurance of high quality for tests, programming, and code reviews with a strong emphasis on scalability

Your profile

Experience: 5+ years in full-stack web engineering with expertise in building and scaling REST APIs
Core Tech: 3+ years of professional experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
Architecture: Strong understanding of common design patterns and architectural best practices.
Database Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with MongoDB (we are built entirely on a document database architecture and do not use relational DBs). You know how to design schemas, optimize queries, and scale aggregation pipelines
AI & Production Automation Engineering: Experience integrating and optimizing predictive models directly into production backend architectures. We are looking for someone whose AI experience goes beyond simple LLM wrapper APIs—you understand data ingestion pipelines, managing confidence thresholds for automated actions (like document extraction or line-item matching), and handling AI tasks efficiently
AI-Native Workflow: Proficiency with modern code generation tools and repository-aware assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code). You naturally embed these into your daily workflow to safely eliminate boilerplate and ship features faster, while maintaining complete human ownership of code quality, security, and performance
Mindset: Highly independent and reliable. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and want to actively influence product decisions
Bonus Points For:
- Prior experience in the FinTech or B2B SaaS space
- Mobile development experience using React Native
- Familiarity with component libraries and utility frameworks like Ant Design (ANTD) or Tailwind CSS

As a Full Stack Developer you will work as part of a small team, which will include other developers, a project manager, QA Engineers and a Designer.
