Purpose of the position

As Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, you will lead the international Shopper Marketing and Category agenda, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and local markets to drive sustainable growth in the FMCG food retail environment.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously optimize the international Shopper Marketing strategy in alignment with local market needs.

  • Act as a functional leader and sparring partner for local Shopper Marketing teams across countries.

  • Initiate and manage cross-country Shopper Marketing and Category projects to unlock growth potential.

  • Implement and improve Shopper Marketing processes, tools, and KPIs, ensuring transparent performance tracking.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing on shopper-centric campaigns and retail activations.

  • Drive best-practice sharing and capability development within the international community.
