Your role
You’ll be part of the IT Engineering & Operations department in Berlin, within the Operations & Support team, providing high-quality IT support to employees locally and remotely across multiple countries.
You’ll ensure a smooth employee experience while maintaining reliability, compliance, and operational excellence across our workplace environment.
Your responsibilities
Provide local and remote IT support to employees through our ticketing system, remote sessions, and on-site assistance
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to macOS devices, workplace applications, identity access, and collaboration tools
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Maintain and improve IT documentation and operational procedures
Ensure devices and users remain compliant with company policies and standards
Support endpoint management activities through MDM platforms
Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to roll out new tools, standards, and improvements
Participate in operational projects and continuous service improvement initiatives
Escalate and coordinate complex issues with engineering teams when required
Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and asset lifecycle management
Your profile
Strong experience supporting macOS environments
Mac Troubleshooting experience
Good understanding of identity management and endpoint management concepts
Experience with MDM solutions (Addigy, Jamf, Intune, or similar)
Experience working with some of the tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Passwords manager, Britella, Snipe-IT or other assets managers
Customer-oriented mindset with structured troubleshooting methodology
Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service processes (ITIL knowledge is a plus)
Basic scripting knowledge is appreciated
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluent English; German is a plus
2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Workplace IT, or IT Operations
