Design, implement and continuously improve our Okta-based IAM solution
Optimize and maintain identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), ensuring consistent provisioning, updates and deprovisioning of user accounts and access rights across systems
Monitor and troubleshoot identity and access flows to identify and resolve issues across the IAM landscape
Build and optimize automations using Okta Workflows
Design and improve integrations between Okta and connected systems
Contribute to role mining activities and design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) concepts
Support and drive IAM-related projects of different sizes, from smaller improvements to larger initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, IT, business teams) to translate business and regulatory requirements into IAM solutions

3+ years of professional experience focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering
Proven experience implementing and operating enterprise IAM solutions, with hands-on experience in Okta
Experience with identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), including provisioning, updates and deprovisioning across systems
Hands-on experience building and maintaining flows in Okta
Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
Good understanding of identity and access management concepts (e.g. SSO, RBAC, federation)
Experience with automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell or similar), ideally in the context of IAM processes
Strong experience in documenting IAM processes, workflows and system architecture
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID is a strong plus
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and independent working style
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
