You ant to gain practical experience in Information Security while supporting the organizational and strategic activities of a modern security organization? Then you've come to the right place. In this role, you will work closely with our CISO team, helping to analyze information, coordinate activities, and ensure that security-related topics are managed in a structured and transparent way.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • You support the Information Security and CISO team in analyzing, structuring, and preparing information, documentation, and security-related materials.

  • You review and consolidate results from various security activities and prepare them in a clear and audience-appropriate format for different stakeholders.

  • You create, coordinate, and track tickets, helping to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely follow-up of tasks and actions.

  • You act as an organizational interface between different business units, IT teams, and external partners, helping to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

  • You support the creation of presentations, reports, decision-making materials, and communication documents for various stakeholder groups.

  • You coordinate meetings, alignments, and security-related activities, ensuring that actions and initiatives are implemented in a structured manner.

  • You maintain and update documentation, guidelines, and process-related information, contributing to the continuous improvement of Information Security governance and processes.

  • You actively participate in meetings and workshops and support the team with a variety of organizational and administrative tasks within the daily business.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You are currently enrolled at a university and studying Information Systems, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

  • You will remain enrolled for at least two more semesters and are interested in supporting our team over a longer period of time.

  • Ideally, you are available to work up to 20 hours per week.

  • You have a strong interest in Information Security and would like to gain insights into the organizational, procedural, and strategic aspects of a security function.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy reviewing, interpreting, and presenting information in a structured and understandable way.

  • You are an excellent communicator and feel comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders across different functions and levels.

  • You work independently, reliably, and maintain a structured approach, even when managing multiple topics simultaneously.

  • You have strong business-level English skills, both written and spoken.

  • You have business fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
