Analyst I Project Manager
ABOUT BURGERMEISTER
Burgermeister was founded in Berlin in 2006, when a disused Victorian public toilet beneath the Schlesisches Tor U-Bahn tracks in Kreuzberg was converted into one of the city's most iconic burger joints. What began as a single, improbable location has grown into one of Germany's most recognized better-burger brands — known for its cult following, uncompromising food quality, and a streetwise identity inseparable from the spirit of Berlin.
Today, Burgermeister operates a growing network of restaurants across Germany and is entering an exciting phase of strategic growth, including the evaluation of new markets and acquisition opportunities across Europe.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a sharp, motivated Analyst or Project Manager to join our corporate development team in Frankfurt. You will work directly with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives spanning strategic analysis, M&A deal flow, and executive communications. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role for someone who thrives under pressure and wants to grow at the center of a dynamic, expanding organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Support senior management with the preparation of reporting packages, executive presentations, and internal briefing materials.
• Draft, review, and manage a broad range of business documentation — including contracts, NDAs, proposals, and correspondence.
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and logistics for senior management engagements and presentations.
• Conduct preliminary screening and assessment of potential M&A opportunities.
• Prepare and refine presentation materials for internal stakeholders and external audiences.
• Manage concurrent workstreams with a high degree of organisation and attention to detail.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability — you find clarity in complexity.
• Full professional fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Comfort working in close proximity to senior executives, with the discretion and professionalism that entails.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Company culture with plenty of room to shape your work and short decision-making paths.
• Varied tasks with ownership of your own projects and strategic initiatives.
• Above-market compensation & up to 32 days of annual leave.
• Position based in Frankfurt am Main with regular visits to Berlin HQ.
• Regular, performance-based feedback.
• A secure role in a fast-expanding company with real development opportunities.
