We are seeking an experienced **Onsite Support Technician** (m/f/d) in Frankfurt am Main for an international, long-term IT service project.
You will be responsible for providing on-site technical user support and ensuring smooth IT operations through a professional walk-in center as well as traditional on-site support.
## Tasks
* Management of the walk-in center (drop-off/pick-up kiosk) and provision of on-site support services
* First- and second-level support for users regarding Windows Client, MS Office, and standard software
* Remote support for users and technicians
* Endpoint and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
* Staging and image loading, as well as managed deployments
* Conference room and meeting room support (audio/video equipment, connections, etc.)
* Asset clearing and documentation in the asset management system
* Coordination of hardware repairs with external service providers
* Warehousing & logistics for shipping and remote locations
## Requirements
* Experience as an on-site technician or in hardware and software support
* Strong skills in troubleshooting Windows client environments (on-premises)
* Basic knowledge of infrastructure topics (e.g., networks, cabling, patching)
* Strong service orientation, ability to work in a team, and a proactive approach
* Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1); German skills are a plus
* Willingness to work shifts and be on call
* Valid work permit/visa for Germany
* ITIL certification is a plus
