- Own the day-to-day marketing output including writing copy, developing campaign assets, and managing execution across digital, social, print, and internal channels
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex marketing and launch campaigns from strategy and briefing through production, delivery, and post-campaign analysis while managing schedules, milestones, and risks
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Regional teams, aligning on objectives, timelines, and deliverables and translating strategy into actionable plans
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors across creative, digital, and event disciplines, including contract negotiation, delivery oversight, quality assurance, and budget optimization
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all campaign assets and touchpoints by defining and enforcing review and approval workflows in line with brand and regulatory standards
- Drive the development and optimization of marketing project management processes and provide executive-level reporting on performance, risks, and outcomes with strategic recommendations
- Experience in marketing project management, preferably in healthtech, medtech, or B2B technology
- Proven track record of independently leading complex, multi-channel marketing programs end-to-end, including product launches, digital campaigns, trade shows, and content production
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across functions
- Deep expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar)
- Strong command of brand governance and the ability to enforce consistency and quality across all touchpoints
- Experience managing agencies and vendors
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior leadership
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus
