What You Can Expect:

We are looking for a Group Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist to drive the design, execution, and continuous evolution of key recruitment programs across the organization. This role plays a critical part in advancing Rhenus’s global talent strategy by building scalable, insight driven solutions that enhance hiring effectiveness and talent flow.

  • Own and continuously enhance global recruitment programs, including employee referrals, internal mobility, recruiter enablement and selected innovation initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption, optimization and continuous improvement of Workday Recruiting module, ensuring alignment with recruitment processes, program needs and stakeholder requirements.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and recruiters across business units to translate hiring needs into structured, scalable recruitment solutions.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and workflows to identify bottlenecks and design scalable frameworks that drive efficiency and resolve process gaps.
  • Define, monitor and optimize KPIs for all assigned programs, leveraging data to drive performance improvements and inform decision-making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders, strengthening hiring outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Contribute to innovation and transformation initiatives, including process optimization and the adoption of technology and AI within Talent Acquisition.
  • Develop and deliver enablement materials, tools and guidance to upskill recruiters and promote consistent ways of working.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Programs, HR Systems (Workday Recruiting), or Talent/People Strategy roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, including process optimization, reporting, or system-related initiatives is good to have for this role.
  • Proven experience designing and managing multiple recruitment programs simultaneously, including employee referrals, internal talent mobility and recruiter development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights, actions and measurable improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create structured, insight-driven analyses and presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global, matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts into practical guidance.
  • Fluency in English and German languages is mandatory.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
